Free-flowing, non-foaming, low-viscosity liquids: drinking water, solvents, wine, vinegar, thin juice. Viscous or foamy products should use a piston or vacuum filler instead.

Minimal. Gravity fillers rely on liquid head pressure; only the bottle indexing and diving nozzle may use low-pressure air.

Standard configurations are built and tested in about 25-35 working days after the deposit and drawing confirmation. Non-standard filling volumes, special contact materials or line integration add roughly one to two weeks. The exact schedule is confirmed in the sales contract.

Yes. Filling heads (6 / 8 / 12 / 16 (configurable)), volume range (100–5000 ml) and contact parts (SUS304) are all configurable. Send us your bottle drawings or samples and the target output, and we match the neck size, drip-free nozzles and conveyor width to them.

Every machine ships with layout drawings, an English manual and commissioning videos. Our engineers guide start-up remotely, and on-site commissioning can be arranged for full lines. A recommended wear-parts list is delivered with the machine; warranty terms are fixed in the contract.
