Automatic fillers run continuous, high-volume lines with minimal labor and integrated capping; semi-automatic models need an operator per cycle but cost far less and suit small batches or frequent product changeovers.

Water, edible oil, detergent, sauce, cosmetic lotion and low-to-medium viscosity chemicals. For highly viscous or particulate fluids we recommend piston or servo-driven filling heads.

Standard volumetric accuracy is ±0.5% to ±1% depending on viscosity, fill head type and tank feeding stability.

As a rule of thumb: gravity fillers for thin, still liquids; piston fillers for viscous products like sauces and honey; overflow fillers for foam-prone liquids that need a constant fill level; rotary fillers for high-speed water and beverage lines; peristaltic fillers for sterile or small-volume dosing; weighing and volumetric-cup fillers where price or simplicity dominates. From about 1000 bottles/hour on a single-head piston machine up to 12000 bottles/hour on a multi-head rotary line. Semi-automatic options exist for start-ups and pilot production.

Single machines are available with no minimum quantity. Standard terms are 30% deposit with the balance before shipment; L/C is accepted for project orders. Exact terms are confirmed in the quotation.

Machines are film-wrapped, fixed on a steel frame and shipped in export-grade plywood cases. FOB, CIF and DAP quotations are all available from Qingdao port.
